Berkshires, MA
DH and I have decided that our March vacation will be to the Berkshires, MA. We will be staying at a relative's timeshare. FIL and his wife will be with us and we will have 20 month old DS. FIL has been there plenty of times but I would like to familiarize myself with some good things to do. Has anyone been there? We will be going March 16-22. Also, I am pregnant (will be 17 weeks) so skiing and wineries are not options. TIA!

We went to the Normal Rockwell Museum which was interesting, Edith Wharton (the author's) home, and also just walked around some of the cute little towns to do window shopping. Great Barrington was a nice little town to see.

I used to go to camp up there. The Norman Rockwell Museum is very nice. Tanglewood is not to far away and they have very nice concerts there. The Red Lion Inn is such a cute place to stay or go for lunch. http://www.redlioninn.com/rli/museums.html
This is a listing of nearby stuff to do.

You can get lunch at Cranwell, shop in Lenox or Great Barrington, eat. There is a paper factory that is converted to artist spaces but I can't find info. on that.
