Re: Benjamin Moore vs. Behr's

We used both and I think both are good paints. I do think BM is better when it comes down to painting, but they both dry the same and look the same. BM doesnt drip though

Re: Benjamin Moore vs. Behr's

I used BM for my downstairs and LOVED it -- great coverage and only needed one coat. I used Behrs (or was it Valspar? I can't remember) for my bonus room and it looks like crap. The paint peeled when doing the second coat. I'll never use anything but BM again....

Re: Benjamin Moore vs. Behr's

I used Behr and BM.

I found zero difference with the way they coat the walls, feel on the brush/roller, etc. (and I used both brands on the same day)

all of the paint was eggshell.

the two differences I noted was price (ZBM is $$) and smell (the smell of the BM paint remained in our bedroom longer than the smell of paint remained in our living room)

Agreed. My husband always says that for our house we'll be using BM...goes on smoother, doesn't drip, colors are richer and overall BM paint quality is a lot better and its lasts longer (freshness of the color).
