Before and Now Pics
I know I'm really late with these, but thought I'd share. I hate to say 'after' because we are all always a work in progress. So, these are my before and now pictures
The first picture was my "ah-ha" moment and changed my life forever. I'm going to share my stats because I am comfortable with them now and I know people like to see that. And, I know I'll get some FMs asking for them, so I might as well post 
I am now down 95 lbs.
Starting weight: 232
Starting size: 18 (and they fit tightly)
After weight: 137

I have a bunch of FMs that I promise I will answer.
As for my secrets: I really don't have any. Just a lot hard work. Measuring/weighing all of my portions out and lots and lots and lots of cardio and weight training. I eat a pretty clean diet. Recently I started allowing myself some treats (like today I made waffles ). But overall, I just live a very 'clean' lifestyle. It works for me and I don't feel deprived.
