BBB for their return policy and availablility of items.
BRU because it's closer. That's the only reason.

BBB-they price match anything, they have wonderful customer service, and a great return policy. I bought furniture there 4.5 years ago and am having a problem converting it to a full sized bed. They have been so helpful and even sent someone to the house for me. The gave me a $210 credit on my cc (bed rails were incorrect) and gave me the universal bed rails at no charge. I also purchased DC#2's furniture there and do to my issues with DC#1's furniture they are giving me free delivery.
I don't think BRU would've even come close to that.

I prefer BBB because of the great return policy (i returned things I got from my bridal shower years ago unopened with no receipt to bed bath and beyond with no problem), but BRU does sell more of the small stuff like NUK and MAM brands... I prefer BRU for small things especially bc there's one right by my house
