Bathing Nightmare! My TODDLER stopped liking the bath! HELP!
For the past few months Chloe HATES the bath, she refuses to go in and when I eventually get her in she cries and screams like someone is mudering her, won't sit down and makes bathing her god awful! She seems to be most fearful of the cup I use to pour water in her hair. I know I am not the greatest at at and I feel like I scared her FOREVER. I recently got the special cup that helps to NOT get water in her eyes but her fear of going in is stopping her from seeing that this new cup works better.
Any suggestion ladies?
ETA: I have great bath toys, a bubble machine, etc...

DS went through this too and the only thing that got him excited about baths again was using color tablets in the water. He picked what color bath he took every night and it helped!

Yes, they're safe. You can get them in BRU or BBB. They have them at CVS sometimes too. They have Elmo on the package.

OMG...I went through this and it lasted a VERY long time. I bought the wall crayons, markers, bath tablets, anything to distract. She still hates the water over the head. Its quick and get out. It happened around your dd's age and I didnt feel like it ever 100% resolved. Though she LOVES the pool. Cant figure it out either.
