can you recommend a bath for bathing newborns?
I got the washpod as a gift and my DS LOVES being in it for bathing since he is so submerged and cozy but I find it really hard to bathe him since he can't hold his head up, body up at all. .
I don't want to spend a lot of money on something else bc I think I'll be able to use it again later but really need something that's easier to use on a regular basis. .
any suggestions? one friend recommended the pugg but it seems like he might be so exposed and get cold and grumpy
TIA

BBB carried these bath chairs, they look like bouncy seats, they are perfect because you can make the water as high as you want and they are a bit more supported.

I just bought the FP precious planet whale tub. Like it so far.
We used the infant to toddler tub for DS#1 and that was also great.

I like this one because he can basically sit up in it and then when he can sit up on his own you use the other side. Primo Bathtub

I used the Eurobath Primo for DD and loved it. The day I had to retire it I was very sad. It worked from birth to about 13 months when I transfered her to the regular tub. It was a fantastic tub. I highly recommend it. Tub

We used the same one and LOVE it, but for the first 2 months or so I found it easier to bathe them in the sink in one of those bath lounge chair things..... Just for my own comfort though.

Re: can you recommend a bath for bathing newborns?

i LOVE this tub!!! Clearwater bathtub at bbb
it has a thermometor built in and it is digitial and beeps if the water is too hot.
the water is contstanly flowing through the bathub so th ebaby isnt sitting in dirty water.
you can also adjust the height of the water.
the faucet is nowhere near the baby so you don't have to worry about it hitting the babies head.
love love love it!!
