Back from my 37 week appt (I also have a question).....
and I'm a fingertip dialated and my cervix is thinning (he didn't say how much). Baby has also dropped some more! They scheduled a growth sono for tomorrow (he wants to make sure the baby isn't too big since my pelvis is pretty narrow) and I go back next Monday for another check up.
He was a little concerned about my blood pressure being a lil high for the 2nd week in a row and the fact that I'm now swelling so thats why I'm going back in 5 days as opposed to 7.
***TMI ALERT W/ QUESTION***
He did say some bleeding was normal after an internal BUT I just bled a lot when I went to the bathroom and a BIG clot came out- is this normal??

OMG - you are so not making it to our lunch date next week 
I think you may have lost some of your mucus plug..........
Sorry TMI - but was it red and kinda snotty looking If so, its your plug.
OMG - Baby P coming REALLY soon

It looked like a big, slimy clot! Not sure if it was my plug 
No cramping!
I hope I can still make it to lunch!! I'm not ready for this baby to come yet

No other signs (at least I don't think there are). I have been feeling some extra pressure in my vajayjay but thats it!
