back 2 basics question
I havent counted the days between AF's in ages. Do you start when it ends or from when it begins??

The first full day of your period is day 1. Not staining but heavy flow.

I so out of it when it comes to this. So I count from the first real day and I should be counting anywhere between 21-28 days correct??

First day is day 1 and you start counting again when you get your next period.
