Baby vomiting with a cough
Does anyone have a DC who throws up due a mucousy cough? My 8.5-month-old DD's cough has gotten progressively worse over the past few days, and now she is hardly keeping anything down. She threw up after two bottles and lunch today, but kept breakfast down. She hardly ate anything yesterday, and threw up her dinner the night before. I took her to the doctor yesterday (saw the PA), and her lungs were clear, so there is not much to do but steam baths, humidifier, vicks, etc. Does anyone think this could be a stomach virus on top of a bad cough, or do you think it's just due to the cough? I'm waiting for a return call from the PA too.

Could this be Acid Reflux related? Maybe go see a gastro Ped specialist..hope she feels better

I experienced something like this but it was only with DD's night bottle and intermittent, not every night. We found that giving her some water after her formula helped sometimes to avoid some of the mucus irritation. I feel for you- I've been vomited on WAY more than I ever imagined!
