Baby Vicks Vapor question
I heard putting it on their feet helps. But this may sound stupid...but his feet are in PJs and then swaddled. how does the smell get to him? omg i feel really dumb writing this. lol

I did the same thing when DD had croup. I think it is just a wives' tale, but I figured I'd give it a whirl.

supposidly soaking feet in hot water or usuing vicks draws the phlegm downward and help w congestion... i asked my asthma doc and he said he never heard of that and looked at me like i was crazy..... i dunno,,, i think it helps

I did it even though I couldn't figure out how it would work. I hate him being sick so I'll do anything. I've been putting in on his chest, back, and some on his feet (after reading it here).
The jar says to put some on his back and he can't smell it from there either.
