baby anxiety?
When did your baby first start showing signs of anxiety? DS has never had a problem with strangers. He was last at the doc at 6 months and had some shots, he got REALLY upset.
My DH took him in today just to make sure his ears are ok and as soon as the doc started to examine him he freaked out. DH said he never saw him like that. Doc says stranger anxiety maybe? I don't buy it.. .he's so friendly to strangers... maybe he remembers the shots?
ETA: He's 7 months.

Stranger anxiety kicks in around 6-8 months.

DS just turned 9 months and started exhibiting signs of stranger anxiety within the past few weeks.

Sounds like a smart baby--my DS always freaks out when he gets put on the cold steel table at the ped!
