I have some anxiety over going back to work with baby.....

I thought I would cry yesterday, just at the thought going back to work,
BUT I didn't, I cried all morning today! I think I was just driving myself crazy, feeling overwhelmed doing the "what if this doesn't work" thing. She is soo good, I just felt torn between 2 "jobs" the phone rings, but she is crying...what do you do? I want my boss's to know that this will work but
I just feel guilt, and this morning I am
trying to get rid of it. I really wish we had a family member to watch
her, so I can do both jobs individually, but we don't have that. This will have
to work for now, I was crying on Neals shoulder and he said give it time, if
we have to make a change, than we will. It helped that he was supportive
about it. I do love my job, just don't know if I can do both at the same time,
>you know? I am going to give it more time, I mean it is only my 2nd day. Just say a prayer for me. I have to get rid of guilt !

I should be so happy she is able to be with me, I hope this gets better for me.

I am in the same boat. i had dd 2 weeks ago and am a social worker. I cant imagine leaving her and thought maybe I should nanny again like i did for 10 yrs. but I dont know if would be doing the right thing for myself or dd.

I had the 2nd day today, I am still having alot of anxiety and I have a history of it, so that is why I am extra scared and nervous.
