I actually go to the shoprite in Patchogue and don't usually have an issue. I've learned to avoid certain cashiers and check my receipt. I think they were more strict when they first opened. The customer service people are good if something doesn't go through right.
Good to know, thanks! my sister had some issues with internet printed coupons and stacking in the beginning as well. But it is the same owners as Hauppauge (I think?) and they are stricter there too than Commack, etc.
will they let you do more than one transaction per person?

Re: ATTN couponing parents!
DH is obsessed with not overpaying for anything and we always buy at Costco. We alternate between the Kirkland brand and Huggies, whichever is on sale. I like them both, no issues.

Thanks everyone! I will have to check return policies and save receipts just in case, too :)
Unfortunately, I am not a BJs or Costco member but my Sam's club is up soon so maybe I will switch to BJs since they accept coupons !
I found costcos prices better than bid even with the coupons

I've never tried. The only issue I every have with coupons is if there's no watermark on the expiration date. Some cashiers pay attention to that and others don't. I can't blame them for that but the smartsource ones often don't have it which is annoying so I don't bother with them much.

When are you due? Babies R Us always has $10 boxes around Thanksgiving/Black Friday. It's their own brand and they are not bad. Definitely keep that in mind if you are looking to stock up.
Thanks! Feb 17. I am hoping to go Black Friday shopping this year but a little worried about how I will feel.
They carry the $10 boxes for a few weeks following black Friday. But even if you head to BRU later in the day on BF you will be fine... there are hardly ever any crowds. Good luck and congrats!

Yes!! Not only does BJs take coupons...they send you store coupons, and never really check so we've used 2 store coupons plus a manufacturing coupon on diapers (saved about $9.50). The cashiers really will take any coupon you give them as long as you bought that product.

ATTN couponing parents!
I used to combine coupons with sale prices at stores, but I still get the best prices from amazon mom, so now I just stick with that.

I generally coupon at the Shoprite in Patchogue. And I am a hardcore couponer. Generally, if I want to do multiple transactions, I will purchase non-perishables, take them to my car and then go back in. It is in general easier. They are ending the baby bucks program after this cycle. They often times have catalina coupons with the purchase of 2 boxes of diapers and you can use manufacturer coupons. I stock up when they have those and use the catalina coupons to purchase meat and other non coupon items. You can score some good deals for diapers at CVS with extra bucks. Someone else suggested livingrichwithcoupons.com. They always post when there are awesome diaper deals. Coming out this week is $3/1 package of huggies, with no size restriction, in the Sunday paper. Not sure if we will get that coupon here, but that is a great coupon to get and I am sure many stores will have deals to go along with it.

ATTN couponing parents!
We used to get our diapers at BJ's with their coupons combined with manufacturer coupons.
Now we get them through Amazon Mom. It's much more convenient and cheaper too

Thanks! I hate when we don't get the coupons that are listed online, etc in our RP/SS :( I had read about this $3/1 that was supposed to be printable, but it must be no longer available. I hope we get them!
PS- my King Kullen was out of the luvs :( but i got a raincheck :)
