At what age did your DC make these transitions?

At what age did you transition them off the bottle? DS is 18 months and he still takes 3 bottles per day but daycare wants him on sippys now.

At what age did you switch DC from a crib to a toddler bed?
DS doesnt like to go to bed, so I have a feeling if I were to swtich him to a bed at this point he would get up and try to come out of his room all night

DD was off bottles at 14 months...at that point she was only having a bottle at night, right before bed.

We never had a toddler bed, we went from the crib to a twin at 26 months.

Just b4 18 months. The Ped said he'd like him off the bottle by 18 months when it was around 15 months.

When DH was away I just gave him the sippy one morning instead of the bottle. Hesitated at first then he took to it. Never looked back.

He's 20 months and still loves his crib so can't answer the 2nd question. I'm thinking 2.5. We'll see

We took away the bottle between 18/19 months. DS was on 3 bottles at that point and I just took 1 away a week leaving his Am bottle (the one he liked the most) for last. He never even looked back...but his milk intake dropped dramatically!

Bed we went from crib to twin bed at 2.5yo. I would have kept in him longer but he was over 40 inches and just started looking squished! I would keep him in the crib as long as possible if he sleeps well no reason to mess with a good thing!

DS# 1 gave up his bottle completely @ 14 months. Was on sippy cups starting at 10 months though.

DS# 2 gave up his bottle completely @ 11 months. Just liked his sippy cups.

DD still had one bottle of milk every night before bed until she turned 3. Used sippy cups during the day though.

Never used a toddler bed, went straight into a twin bed. # 1 was 21 months old, # 2 was 16 months old and # 3 was 15 months old.

Started milk in sippy cups at 1 year....lost the bedtime bottle at 18 months.

He will be 2 tomorrow and is sitll in his crib and that's where he is staying for now since he just started STTN in November.

DS was off daytime bottles at 11 months. Still takes a bedtime bottle at 13 months.

I plan on keeping him in the crib until my next baby is born, unless he climbs out before then. I'm not even TTC yet so I'm thinking at least 2 years old.

Officially at 2yrs old. She had gone down to 1 bottle a day at 18m because daycare had her on sippys so why shouldnt I? They moved her to sippy at school about 13m. At her 2yr visit they said "enough" so I took it away. Amazingly only one bad night but it was over within a week. I really thought it would be harder she LIVED for that last bottle.

20m. I moved into a new house and never set up the crib. I hated that it was so HIGH even at its lowest level. The toddler bed was lower (for roll offs) She rolled off a few times but not often and only woke her up once.

He lost the bottle at 13 months and transitioned from the crib to a full size bed at 2.5. We do use bed rails for him.

DD#1 was off bottles at 12 months and moved to a twin bed at 17 months.

DD#2 was off bottles at 11 months and moved to a twin bed at 15 months.

DS was 1 yr when he came off the bottle. Once he saw his baby brother with it, he no longer wanted one...Now he drinks from cups

He is currently 17 months & still in his crib. I think we will be transitioning him within the next 2-3 months bc he is learning to climb out

he's getting a toddler bed this summer (he'll be 2 on 7/30 but baby #2 should be here in july - he'll be in a bassinet for a couple months, but then he's getting the crib). I'm a little scared of this transition because he LOVES his crib.

Bottles were gone within a month after she turned one.

She just turned 2 and we have her toddler bed, but it isnt put together yet.

I have plans to try and transistion her next week when I am off because number 2 is going to be here in APril

DS gave up the bottle at 13 months. He's 16 months and still in the crib

DS and DD were both off bottles between 12-13 months. DS was moved to a twin bed at 2. DD is 16 months old and still in her crib. We will make it a toddler bed at about 2.

DD decided at 13 months she was done with bottles.

She just turned 2 and is still in her crib. I have no intention on transitioning her anytime soon to a toddler bed

she was down to just a bottle before bed at 14 mths and by 18 mths I believe we had her completely off. The crib is another story. She never tried jumping out or anything and was such an awesome sleeper that we didnt convert it to a toddler bed til she was 3. At that point, she understood there was no getting out of bed and wandering all over the house so it worked out well.

In toddler bed around 2-2&1/2, I wanted to keep her in the crib for as long as possible since she wasn't climbing out....lol

Never did bottles.

We moved DS from his crib to a twin sized bed at about 26 months. We needed the crib for the new babies.

Transition was smooth and I couldn't have asked for it to go any better.

Transitioned off bottle 15 months, the morning bottle was hardest for him to give up. Toddler bed at 23 months.

DS was off all bottles by 14 months. He was off all daytime bottles by a 1 year, just taking a bedtime bottle until 14 mos.

He is still in a crib, no plans to move him just yet.

DD was fully off bottles by 18 months. DD is 26 months and still in her crib. I'm not thinking about transitioning her until she either starts climbing out or she no longer fits, whichever comes first lol

We switched to sippys at 15 months.

We just put our son in a toddler bed about a month before he turned 3. I wouldn't do that one until you absolutely have to!
