i relied on my fertility monitor to really let me know when i ovulate, but some signs i see are cramps, i have nausea and i want to bd all the time

The primary fertility signs are changes in basal body temperature and CM. If you want to learn how to track these things and what to look for I recommend reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility.

That's a tough one. I would say use the OPK but also do the BD everyone other day based on a 28 day cycle.
How old are you? You mentioned the irregularity could be due to age? I'm irregular myself.

It's okay, I have quite a few out there! LOL
I am 29 and have been bd'ing every other night based on a 28 day cycle which is what my normal cyle is...except for this past month. AF prior to this months began on 05/31 and she didn't arrive again until 07/03 so that is what I am going by...so confusing, I hate this

Oh I know...It feels like every month goes by soooo slow when you are waiting to start a fresh cycle.  Have you seen an RE about the irregularity?

Well I explained it to my gyno on my last visit in May and she said as long as it's not consistenly irregular there is nothing to really worry about.
