I just realized I took cough medicine 3 days this week because I was sick and it was actually timed perfectly for CM.

I just remembered that I took a dose of cough syrup after  during TWW and spilled a bunch of the red syrup in my bathroom. I cleaned it up and didnt take it again cause I thought it was an omen Must have been a good one 
For PP, it helps thin out cervical mucus in order to help the swimmers get to their destination.
