I think so...because of the nitrates....
ETA: I got the shivers with the thought of eating 3 hotdogs because of the heartburn it would give me at this point in my pregnancy....

Yeah you're not supposed to really, but i plan on it here and there! I just love them too much!
Although you can buy nitrate free hot dogs in some places.

I eat Smart Dogs, they are soy hot dogs... no nitrates. Throw some condiments on them, you can barely taste the difference.

They're okay in moderation because of the nitrates. I found some nitrate-free ones in Wild By Nature that aren't bad.
