Ive eaten them this summer. In moderation. Will I continue? Probably not b/c I only eat them with BBQ's and summer is almost over. Am I worried that I ate them, no.

It sounds like they are inconclusive findings. There is no proof..
From the article
"The carcinogenic risk to humans of the compounds studied has not been determined."
Just like saccharin can cause cancer, you have to drink like 10 cans of diet soda a day for a year to have a chance of getting it.

I agree....not sure how food can cause a genetic problem...if it is in your genes, how can food control your genetic make-up/background

before being preggers, i didn't eat red meat or hot dogs but now have grown to love them.....i don't eat them every day but don't think the article was too convincing either....and they are so tasty!!!!!
