so sorry :( Keep trying and stay positive!
I'm trying to stay stress free and positive this month- had a mc about 6 weeks ago, and this is my first time trying after AF came again- Tried last month, before AF came, but I had no idea when I was ovulating so I knew it was a long shot.
When I got pregnant 12 weeks ago, I bd'd every other day from the day AF stopped to the day after I should have ovulated- I personally don't like the ovulation tests and think they make it too scientific and not romantic to a certain extent lol- So I'm trying that method again this time around. Hope it works!

Can you add me for April 20? I completely skipped my period last month however I have been excessively stressed and was sick the week AF was due to arrive so I am hoping I just skipped and my PCOS isn't rearing its ugly head again... Ughhh so frustrating!

Yeah I haven't been using the OPK tests at all. I have been tracking with a period tracker and just monitoring my body for signals. I *thought* I had the day down perfectly, but I guess I was wrong.  It's been 6 months now that we've been trying and it's wearing on me now. I think I might try them this month.

So sorry :( Somehow though, the time between AF and O goes much more quickly than O and AF/BFP --- so at least O will be here again before you know it!

This is so true!  I mean, I'm already on day 3 of AF- I just want it GONE so we can try again.

question for you girls: My dh and I BD'd for the last 5 days in a row and today is the date I should be ovulating according to my app- do we also BD today, or is it done and over with by now?
Also, has anyone experienced pain when BD'd during their ovulation time? Idk if it's because I'm just EXHAUSTED lol, or if it's actually a real thing to have pain during ovulation like that. Just curious to see if this happened to anyone else!

You should check your cervix. If it's closed you ovulated. If it's open keep going until it closes. Those OPK's are good, but checking your cervix is most reliable.
It shouldn't hurt when you BD unless you are dry. If it always hurts during BD that could be an endometriosis sign.

it was like a cramping type of feeling- not terribly painful at all, but kind of like uncomfortable

Cramping could possibly be feeling your ovulation, some women do get that when they o. If you are going to your doctor I would mention it.

I think you should BD today too! You could be sore , or could be ovulation pains
