Whos gonna win??
I say Randall even though I like them both equally...I think in the boardroom he comes off as much more confident. She smirks too much.

I agree; I'm watching it now. I love Randall and hope he wins.

I can't stand Rebecca. She smiles way too much and to me it comes off as very fake.

i think it really says Alot about both of them that they're held in such high regard from their former competitors- i like that both of them really have maintained their professionalism throughout the whole process, and i really think that both of them are worthy of the win.

Re: Apprentice
Rebecca will win. The MC cancelling at the last minute is unavoidable - but to not have a backup at an outdoor event is unforgivable.

My $$ is on Rebecca
going into tonight, i thought that randall *might* have been the stronger competitor-- but he made a few Really bad calls/ decisions (the party city thing; leaving that dude outside to set everything up by himself, and, Like barbara said- not having a back up plan for the chance of Rain) that i think really reflected badly on him

Re: Apprentice
I don't know, it's pretty hard to have a back up location for a baseball game in NYC. The world series can have a rain delay. It's just a bad stroke of luck. I am sure the way he manages the situation will be what he is judged on.
I think either one can really take this...I can't even pick a favorite.

I think part of this is because they were chosen vs. the past season where it was obvious the oddest/most difficult people to work with were chosen.

i asid that to DH too-- i was surprised that they didnt shock them with the more difficult people (meaning- i really thought that all the people that were mentioned at dinner w/ george and carolyn weren't going to even be Options for them!). I was really surprised that they didnt force Clay into the situation-- just to test their strength as 'leaders'

I was saying this too! Things were running so smoothly for her. It was as if the producers were saying "umm...we need something to wrong. Let's screw something up for her."

I think that overall, Randall has been the best candidate. However, as of last night, I feel like Rebecca was doing the better job as PM.

Re: Apprentice
This great because for the first time I think they both deserve to be there and there teams seen so happy for them. I am still on the fence about Toral. Rebecca seems more into this task.

Re: Apprentice
It is so hard to really tell what is happening due to creative editing but according to last night, Rebecca is going to win for sure. Randal made too many mistakes. Some of his decisions were very surpising this far into the game. Like rescheduling the meeting the cancelling the appointment with the radio DJ and having 1 guy set up all the chairs and tents. Even when the Outback guy approached him her was so relaxed about it all.

I agree 100% with this Up until last night, I was a total Randall fan. But based purely on this task, I think Rebecca is doing a MUCH better job thus far
It will be interesting to see what happens, but I like them both - they are very different types of managers, but both effective on a whole
And YES I think its a big plus that they got to PICK their teams, rather than be assigned the worst pick of the rejects

Re: Apprentice
I've run a number of golf tournaments (and Trump would play in them too). Our backup was an indoor cocktail cocktail party and outdoor tents set up. The problem isn't so much the rain - as not having checked the weather. Even if the reports said 20% chance of rain, you'd have a backup.
This year the events aren't very equal. Rebecca has the location advantage (Manhattan vs. Coney Island) and a higher profile charity and sponsor.

I agree- Randal seemed like a different person last night. He's been so take-charge but last night he seemed passive to me.
But if Trump goes on past performance I think he will go with Randal. He's been better overall, IMO, and while Rebecca is good I am wondering if they will hold her age against her. Last night I was wondering what those women from Yahoo were thinking. Like, "WE worked our way up so why should we make this easy for a 23 year old?". Just an observation.
