I shake my leg at my desk sometimes and don't even realize I am doing it. I do it sometimes at home and get reminded that I am doing it.

I hate then when I am having a conversation, I tend to tell a story about myself. I do it to show I can relate but I find it annoying that I have to talk about myself.

It is EXHAUSTING. 
This is totally me.. and it's really annoying but I can't stop
I actually have this problem where let's say.. I'm not sure if I locked the front door at night.. I lay there for a second and I'm like "ughh forget it I'm tired.. just go to bed.." Then I start thinking about all the bad things that potentially "could" happen (the baby getting kidnapped, robbers coming in ect) and I force myself to get up.. and when I go look it is ALWAYS locked
I do this A LOT.. I need to just relax..
Does this make me a crazy person?

I'm terribly scared and STILL haven't passed my test.. the last time I broke out in hives and the woman looked at me right away like "you failed" 
It's terrible.. you CANNOT get by where I live without driving.. and I feel like I could be so much happier if I just sucked it up and did it.. but I'm so scared!

I interrupt people when they speak ( I even say to myself sometimes...chill out) its like I'm afraid that I will forget to say something;

I talk to myself sometimes out loud.. not having a conversation, just reminders and stuff like "oh I have to do this and do that" I probably sound "off" to people, but then again I am alittle off and not afraid to admit it!

I can't say NO to people.
I can be too impatient ( I think I use it all at work with my students and then don't have any left over!)
My self-esteem is low and I have poor body image. can't seem to change that about myself.
