anything about yourself
that really annoys you? i've noticed lately something that i do that i can't stand and it might sound silly but it's really bothering me. when i'm lying in bed watching the dvr, i hold on to the remote the whole time like its imperative to not watch a single second of a commercial. i have to start fast fowarding immediately and i notice that i can't just relax, let it down while i watch and pick it up when its time to ff. i try but i always wind up with it in my hand..so annoying

I'm not easy-going. I stress over the tiniest thing, cannot seperate stresses (I bring work stress home and home stress to work) I feel like a high-strung mouse. I am totally envious of the people that just go with the flow and let things roll of their backs. I've never been able to take the seriousness out of life.

It really annoys me that I have a super super short temper. I hate it!!!! I feel so bad too especially when I am talking to my mom or someone in my family.

I am extremely picky and I hate it. I can't stop myself.
I can't turn my brain off. I am constantly thinking, figuring, investingation, wondering....I don't give myself (or those around me) a break. ever.

i've been losing my patience with people at work lately, and that makes me sad. i know i'm overburdened, but we are all here trying to make a buck and i feel bad that i am not being as nice.

Me too. Sometimes I just get really excited. On the phone, sometimes it's delay (especially cell phones) but it's still bad and I'm trying to work on it.

Same here. I could never be a teacher. I get frustrated when people don't catch on or when they forget something I JUST showed them. It drives me nuts and I feel like I could just do it myself and it would be so much easier.
I'm trying to be better with this though.

- If something happens, I totally over analyze it, so bad sometimes I feel like Im going to have a panic attack.
I just lay there and think of all the "What Ifs" and meanwhile, it turns out to be something so minor and I get angry with myself for "thinking" too much!

See - I'm like that too - but I guess in the big laundry pile of issues that makes up who I am, thats not the worst part about me!!!
