DS is 4 months and has very dry blotchy skin. His digestion seems fine. We don't have any gas or spitting up issues. His bowels do tend to be loose though.
Has anyone been put on Nutramigen for rashy issues? Did it help?

If there is an intolerance or allergy it may help. We used Nutramigen with DS for his milk protein and soy allergy... Didn't help him too much with his issues..

DS is also 4 months and has the same, very bad eczema, looks like he has welts all over his body. They switched us to the Alimentum, which I believe is the similac version of Nutramigen. Did nothing to help his skin so we went back onto the similac sensitive. The alimentum did not seem to fill him up the same, he stopped sleeping through the night. Once we switched back all was back to normal. We have an appointment with a pediatric dermatologist in two weeks. Hopefully he can help.

yes...I do recommend on occasion for severe eczema. I would recommend going with the powder version over liquid b/c only the powder version of nutramigen has a probiotic in it - works much better

I was also going to post about it not being as filling. Yesterday he was hungry every 2 hours! He did still sleep the night though.
