Has anyone gone to a dermatologist for pregnancy skin issues?
I feel like I am 12 again with horrible acne.
My skin hasn't been this bad in YEARS and I'm really becoming depressed over it and not wanting to leave the house - that's how bad it is.
It's somehow on not only my face and chest, but my neck!
I look like a monster.

Yes I went to one and they gave me some cream to use that is considered safe. It honestly didn't work for me, but they warned me it might not. They also gave me some face wash but I ended up having an allergic reaction to it. My skin was horrible for the entire first trimester and half the second. Now it is finally looking like normal with a few pimples here and there.

Yes, I got erythromycin pads. There's not much you can use. Just deal with the teenage skin. I still have zits, I imagine it would be much worse without the pads.

nothing helps and there's not much we can use. my skin is awful!
my derm prescribed erythmician (sp?) gel, but it didn't do anything to help me.
my ob said i can use products w/ sacylic acid. some days the products work a little better than others.
the biggest thing is not to pick or pop the zits.

My skin is horrific. I don't plan to see a dermatologist though. I'm just going to wait it out.
