Anyone seen this Old Navy coat in person?

Looking to get a decent weight jacket for DD for fall/winter. Last year I got her a hooded corduroy jacket from Old Navy that she wore all fall/winter, it was thin enough for the carseat but warm enough for to/from the car, even in winter. Looking for the same kind of thing this year (but def with a hood).

This one's cute, but how thick is it? Would it meet what I need?

If so, which color?

Khaki

Thanks...that's the one I'm thinking too. She has a lot of brown for Fall, which would clash with the gray.

I saw it and thought it was on the thin side.

They do have a faux shearling jacket and I got that for D last year and I am thinking of buying it again this year. I did buy her already the quilted barn jacket from the Gap and I am not sure if is to late for me return though. It was a perfect. They have it in pink or brown.

I got the Gap barn jacket last year and didn't love the way it fit on DD. Haven't checked them out again lately though...maybe I should.

The shearling one from ON...is it thin enough to wear in the carseat?

I bought the barn jacket last year and returned it because it was defnilty ill fitting for D. This year it is a lot better and I kept it. For some reason I think they added 2 inch piece of elastic on the sides in the waist and not the buckle like last year. I have the jacket in D's room so I can't check right now. I know for sure they did this for the warmest jacket this year.

The shearling one is definitely thin enough to wear in the carsesat. Very warm too. She had this jacket and her heavy jacket and that was it. She really got great use out of it. I also liked that it wasn't stiff and I threw it in the wash a few times and no problems.
The more I am talking you into the more I want it and am conviencing myself to get it tooChat Icon

Chat Icon What size did you get her in the barn jacket for this year? I'm thinking 3T for any jacket since it will be over warm stuff and I always try to go a size up for jackets.

I also bought a 3T and it fit's great I just needed to roll the sleeves up one time. I don't know if the barn jacket was like this last year but it is fleece lined like the warmest jacket.

I got DD the same jacket. It definitely seem like it will be great for fall/winter. DD is 18 months. I got her the 3T. The elastic thing on the back holds it back enought tthat it doesn't look huge but will stretch as she grows or wears heavier stuff underneath. I'd definitely look at it!
