I'm interested in seeing the responses because I was sure when I heard of this a couple of years ago that it would be huge, but you really don't hear much about it. I wanted to hire one for my mom.

I think i married one  DH is in marketing but is very much a "life coach" and even started a FB page with sayings and ways to try and improve yourself (he doesn't do it professionally..he just loves helping people)...because of him i have become more confident and pursued many of the things on my "life list"...i am alot more positive and think i have grown and improved in the 9 years we've been together...he and my BF talk on the phone all the time now about her and her "life" plan...she says he has alot of great insights...he has friends who call all the time for advice as well...HTH!

We do have at least one LIF member that is a life coach, I can't remember their username.
I'm not a certified Life Coach, but I am a consultant/business coach. My clients & their staff often need direction outside of their professional setting so it carries over.
The biggest challenge my clients face is lack of balance or harmony between their home life & business life. I try to help them to be more efficient at running their business so they can focus more on family time and pursuing other interests.
I also believe that in order to be truly happy and successful, each individual has to have respect. Starting with self-respect, respect for employees/employers, respect for patients/customers, respect for the planet......
I also believe you get what you give, there are exceptions-sometimes really bad things happen to good people. I think its the reaction to those experiences that determines the future.
I really enjoy helping people find a way to love their profession, earn more money and have fulfilled lives.
