Anyone just walk a few days a week?
I'm losing the gym...Bally's...LET ME GO!!! But I have to do somehting. Anyone just walk for exercise? How long/far do you do it for? Have you noticed changes? What kind of pace do you have?

I go to the gym now but over the summer I would walk about 2 1/2 miles. I say that you should be walking a mile between 15-20 minutes. No more than 20 minutes miles. I think that should keep you at around 3.2 - 3.4.

I do....My mom & I powerwalk everyday for 2-3 miles. We have both had success in loosing weight that way
