Anyone get overly emotional around O?

Since having DS I seem to go crazy right before I O every cycle. I get so hormonal, cry, freak out on DH... it's just not cool. And the worst part is, I know why it's happening but I can't do anything about it. Does this happen to anyone else? I just hate feeling like this every month

I don't know if this will help but I asked my Dr. how to control mood swings right before I got AF. She told me to add vitamin D to my diet. She said that it would help. It did.
