Anyone feel like they did the day after the elcection?
I feel sick today. Hardly able to come to work.
We loose rights today as women.
Our children will have hardships.
People running the country who don't know what they are doing....
The loss of environmental protections.
The culture that its ok to be openly racist.
The loss of autonomy over our own bodies.
Gays, Lesbians, Transgender loosing rights because of religion...
..and so much more.
I am so sad for our country today.

I'm in almost a state of mourning. I told DH I think I'm gonna just lay around, eat a lot, and shop online.

Anyone feel like they did the day after the elcection?
I'm working from home today. I usually keep the tv on in the background. For the past week I've been tivoing random stuff so that I dont have to watch live TV.

This is exactly how I feel. We were on vacation when we foun out about the results of the election. On a Disney cruise, which is supposed to be the happiest time. None of us could sleep. 
Now, I want to vomit and drink heavily.
Need a drunk emoji crying in their glass.

Not really. Post election day I was purely shocked. Didn't think DT had a chance in hell against HRC. A little confused. But I've never been angry or scared.
Today I feel hopeful. Not necessary in support of Trump, but hopeful as a nation. We are a nation of strong people, who stand up for what they believe in (like all of you above). I also hope we all find a way to come together. Too much division.
Guess my glass is always half full (you're all probably thinking half full of vodka with this post hahaha)

The day after the election I was surprised and excited for what was to come. Today I am hopeful and excited for positive change to come and think in time everyone can unite again.

Yes.
I've been taking action towards positive change and feeling energized and even - strangely enough - a little hopeful for the past few weeks.
However, today I am allowing myself a few hours to mourn and just really feel what I have been suppressing.

Post election I was shocked, sad... Today...Sad and feeling sick.
I want to have hope that something good will come out of this and shock me in a better way - but there are things i just can't get past with him...

No offense, but how can everyone unite again? I honestly want to know.
The country is so polarized right now, and it is not Obama's fault.
I am in mourning to answer the OP. I am wearing black. I need to reconcile myself to the new reality

Today I am not in shock although I am still having trouble believing this is real, I am angry and I am nauseated. I feel like Trump is even worse than I ever expected him to be and I am more scared for our country than I was on November 9th. I am having trouble understanding how people see his actions as decisions as good for our country. I guess we'll see what happens.

Today is worse for me. I think after the election I felt like there may be hope that a miracle could happen and somehow stop him from being sworn in. Today the nightmare came true. I'm crushed. I watched a video this morning from The Obamas about what they will be doing from here on out and sobbed like a baby. I just kept thinking please don't go, don't leave us here with this LUNATIC in charge.
