Anyone else find this annoying? Re: advil/tyl/motrin
That there is hardly anything in the bottle? My DS is sick and I feel like i have to keep running out and buying more.
Im sure there is a good reason for this but

I hear you! My twins were sick with high fevers for almost a week! We were going through almost a bottle every day or two

That's why I bought a big bottle this time from Target. Just keep a small bottle so you can refill and take it with you

I use the big bottle too... Now that the dosage is the same for infant and childrens, it is easier!!

For those that don't know, the dosage has changed now for infant's tylenol/acetaminophen. PLEASEEEEEE be careful when using a big bottle of medicine to fill a smaller bottle. Make sure that the concentration is the same and confirm the dosage. Definitely don't want anyone accidentally giving the wrong dose to their baby.

are we all using children's? DS is 19 months and i've been using children's since 16 months since he is over the 24lb weight restriction (the instructions say 2 years / 24lbs 5ml or 1 tsp)?
are you all still using infant?

My bad. You are right. Don't keep the small bottles. I thought I had a small bottle of CHILDRENS but its infant. I did keep the dropper/stringe. I measure it out in the cup then use the syringe to disPense it b/c it's eaisier.

Wow - I have given it to my girls for a couple of days and not run out. In fact in our house our meds usually go bad before we finish it. We buy the regular size bottles. They make big ones? I haven't seen them. I'm referring to the bottles of Children's not the tiny infant size ones. We never used the infant meds.

I took the original post to mean she ran out of the infant (aka tiny bottle) medicine very quickly.

DD is 17 mos and 28 lbs and I still use the infant. I just go a little over the top line when giving it to her. I have yet to find the newer dosage big bottles...I like the syringe best and I can't find it in the children's motrin anywhere yet. SO I too go thru the little bottles so quickly...I buy them at Target - she's teething like a mad woman. I need to find the childrens big bottle with syringe dosing....my Target does not have. I check every time!

I still use infants. DS is probably about 24 lbs now. Dr gives us dosages for infant. 2.5 ml (so i give 1.25 2x)
I will have to look for large bottle
