Oh no! Did they test him for meningitis? Whatever it is hope he feels better soon, and that your two little ones feel better soon too!!
I was just going to say check for meningitis! I remember my doctor saying once when I was worried abt meningitis, that if you can touch your chin to your chest, then it's not meningitis. So if he's having neck issues, I'd definitely mention that to the drs! Hope he feels better soon!

any docs open at this hour? 1:45?
We spoke about meningitis but they said no bc his neck isnt stiff and bc he has no issues with his eyes. Its becoming very scary though that they are concerned but dont know what it is. I gave him my pillow to try after that and am rewashing all his clothes and bedding and lysolling the house. I dont know what else to do :( Calling ped at 9.

I would go the ER. Better safe than sorry. No one here is a DR and its probably best that you skip the urgent care facilities.

Poor kid...poor mom!!! 
Please rediscuss meningitis with your ped. Testing him isnt going to hurt at this point since everything else is coming back negative. Him seeming to get worse as the night go on is whats worrysome. Even though hes not displaying some symptoms now he could be in a beginning stage.
 its not and he gets well soon!!!

Please take him to the ER or at least his doctor and not a stat med/clinic type place.
I would speak again about the menegitis but also have them test for things like lymes, mono etc. Hope he is better soon. Did they culture for strep (not just a rapid?)

Yes testedbfor strep and lymes. Did both rapid and other strep test. He isaisabsolutely fine at the moment. So very strange. Bouncing off the walls, happy go lucky and then at night downhill. Hoping the rest of the day goes the same. Heading to his doc. Will rediscuss everything with him.

Hmmm a thought. I just realized right as this started I got Gabe a new Jacket. Wondering... I know its a long shot but hes very sensitive to everything and I forgot to wash it first... Its a long shot I know but he had the hood on and was sleeping on my lap in the waiting room when his face turned red... hmmm

Can you feel a lump or anything? I had a bone tumor when I was 14 and the type of tumor I had only hurt at night. I'm talking severe pain at night yet during the day I could play soccer.

No lump but my other son who waas 5 at the time had a tumor that from his leg exactly a year ago. We just cant catch a break. Would that show up in blood work?

I remember being in pain and my MRI showed nothing (it was in my foot) and it took another month or two for then to see it on a cat scan. It was benign and I don't remember getting bloodwork

Well amazingly id say hes 99%!!! Thanks for asking!!! Super strange. All bloodwork and cultures sent to the lab also came out great! ???
