answers finally
so I finally got some answers from my doctor and we are all set to ttc again this month.
all of my bloodwork came back great except my progesterone was borderline he said. so he put me on clomid for five days cd3-7 and told me to ttc on cd 12, 14, and 16.
The only thing he is concerned about is that i already hyperovulate (2 or more eggs when i ovulate sometimes) and a side effect of the clomid is multiple pregnancies! Oh boy... at this point I don't even care. it's just great to know that everything is ok and I am feeling hopeful again. so tomorrow is CD3 and I start my pills!... lots of  ,  and  to come!

why would he put you on clomid to help progesterone?? wouldnt he just put you on progesterone suppositories post-ovulation?? that seems odd  when you use ovulation stimulation drugs, the body sometimes NEEDS progesterone supplementation post ovulation before your body kicks in and starts producing it on your own. i get that multiple follicles = multiple corpus luteum so extra progesterone is produced, but wouldnt outside progesterone supplementation make so much more sense??
also, how does he know you "hyperovulate?"

I'm a little confused too. If he already knows you "hyperovulate" then clomid is not really a good idea. I hope you are being monitored.

My bff has progesterone issues, and she is only on progesterone supplementation as well. In fact, b/c she has had no problems getting BFPs, just got another one , she didn't start the progesterone till after he confirmed the pregnancy.

i called my doctor because i was really confused expecially after reading your post. I'm sorry i was so excited i should clarify some of my post... as far as "hyperovulating" I didn't say my doctor tested or anything for that. I just know that my first mc at 6 1/2 weeks I had 2 sacs and a few times a year during my O i have pinching and cramps on both sides. Maybe I should have put lol. I was just excited.
as far as the clomid goes I was wrong it is not just for progesterone and if needed i will be put on it this month. My doctor is definately keeping a close eye on everything.
sorry if my post was confusing... but good news after 3 months of waiting to hear back ANYTHING... I was just overwhelmed to hear that the millions of blood tests came back negative!
