Another question this time on inspections/putting offer

There is a house that we looked at in Lindenhurst like four months ago and loved it. Needed work but nothing we couldn't handle, we go look at it with the family and my brother in law noticed the chimney is pulling from the house and there is a crack in the foundation where the chimney meets the basement. So we backed off - now it seems we can't find any houses since no one will accept our offers and this house is still up for sale.

I know they had inspectors there before (went past it and there was the inspector) but the house didn't sell so do I have any right to ask the agent what those inspectors found before i bring mine in or put a offer in?

I know something is wrong for it not to have sold but i am thinking of gambling and putting a offer in -but i'm unsure.

Yes- if a house has been inspected for a sale that didnt go through, the owner has to disclose anything that was found to prospective buyers.

Re: Another question this time on inspections/putting offer

thank you just put the offer in to our agent saying to check it out since its still for sale on the sign and the listors website.

We found out two other offers we put in (one forclosure and one reg sale) said no to us.
