We are putting an offer
down on a house. I am soooooo excited but I dont want to get to excited. The price of the house is in the lower 400,000's so were gonna offer 375,000 and see what they say. It def needs some work but we would be able to definitly just move in. I cant believe this time has come where we are going to put offers to be homeowners.
