Another parking ticket question....
I put that silly lil paper on my dash board from the muni meter booths....and when I close the door ... The wind must have flipped the paper over...didn't notice it did until I came back to my car and saw that bright orange ticket! 
So if I submit the stub and it is clear that the stub was not expired at the time of ticket....will I get it fully waived or reduce?!?!
Grrrr so annoying! Next time I will be careful when displaying that paper! Damn wind!

Another parking ticket question....
I would submit the stub. Make a copy of it for your records and send in the original. If you paid with a credit card and got a receipt, I would send a copy of that too. If you paid with credit card but no receipt, go online and print out statement/transaction and send a copy of it too.

UGH! The SAME thing just happened to me last week. It's definitely a lesson learned. I sent in the muni stub with an explanation and am waiting to hear back....Sucks.
