Another L&D visit
I went out to dinner with my family around 6pm last night. As we are sitting in applebees I start getting horrible cramps in my back and stomach.
They seem to get stronger and aren't being reduced with walking or dinking.
I call the DR around 845 and he tells me to go to the hospital.
I find out I am 1 cm dialated and am contractiing. Liquids weren't stopping the contractions so it wasn't dehydration which everyone thought it would be in this heat.
I knew I drank a lot and stayed cool!
They admitted me temporarily and let me go at 630 this morning. I was given a shot of demerol to stop the pain and let me sleep. I was very uncomfortable.
As of now I am still contracting every 10-11 minutes, but am only 1 cm dilated. So now its still just a waiting game!!
