since the condition is excellent, i am assuming that the train, library, playground and dog are in better condition than the condo. wierd, just wierd,

I've never seen an MLS listing that showed THE TRAIN...they can't just say "walking distance to the train?" They have to show us what it looks like too?
Does the dog come with the condo?

I think they were just showing pics of the town, because its a really good train line. those co-ops do border the train, but they are set far enough back (a couple hundred yards at least) that i dont think that train noise would be an issue...

i lived in that development and some of the co-ops are literally right behind the train...mine was at the top of the hill so the horn noise was on the fainter side...
