Another clean spinoff...
This is my biggest problem -
Our kitchen table is always full of cr*p...
It just accumulates clutter all week and I never seem to find the time to clean it completely.
So, does anyone else have clutter collecting in a spot? Or am I just a slob?

My kitchen table collects all sorts of clutter.
Mail, pacakges, ipods, newspapers, my purse.
I can never seem to keep it clutter free!

Yes- all over- kitchen table, the work table in the family room, the coffee table.
Our house is for sale at the moment, so now we have it under control, but I wonder what will happen if/when that's no longer the case!

We only have a dining room table (our kitchen in not eat-in). It drives me insane that DH lets the mail pile up on the table. It is our dining room and we have nice furniture and a nice china closet and server. I hate that the table is covered in papers, mail, DH's cell phone, blackberry and stuff.

Your life sounds like my life. I can't remember the last time we ate at our table too!! I just had to puch junk out of the way in order to get my laptop up here to connect to the modem sice our wireless router crapped out today!!

nope- this is us- junk mail, bills, the pennysaver
I have to make sure that I throw out whatever comes in ASAP. All the junk mail has to go directly into the garbage otherwise it is clutter central.

I can't ever seem to keep up with the never ending flow of paper in this house - mail, store flyers, magazines, newspapers. It drives me batty and I do have a pile in the livingroom. Sometimes piles creep on to the kitchen table, but I try to keep that to a minimum.

Apparently we are afflicted with the same problem.
When the table becomes too over ridden with crap, we move onto the buffett, it's lovely.

I have a corner in the kitchen that collects everything!!!!!!!!
With several kids in school I cant tell you how many misc papers pile up through the course of a week...
It takes me an hour on the weekend to go through it..why I wait I'll never know.

See...the thing is - I just don't have the time to deal with sorting the bills every day, so it sits until Sunday when I do have time to go through it.
But, because of the bills - everything else just rots on the table the wholeweek only cuz I don't feel like dealing wtih ti.
