Another Charting/Temping Question
So when your temp spikes and stays high that confirms ovulation? If you get pregnant then the temp never drops? You know when your getting AF when the temp drops back like CD1?
Sorry I'm a lil confused.

my temp never drops. it dips once a few days after O day but it goes right back up and never drops again until AF and so far I haven't gotten pregnant, but maybe something is wrong with me... I did read on FF it should stay high only if your pregnant.

if it stays above your coverline for longer than your longest leutal phase, you're likely pregnant. But most girls have already tested by then.

Sorry I'm a lil confused.
everything sounds correct except for CD1...that's when you get full flow, not just when you get a drop in temps.
i had 3 days of consistent drops in temps before AF showed up. but the drop does tell you AF is on her way
