charting/temping question

when you wake up and temp completely outside of your normal waking time do you just go with that temp or do you adjust it? Chat Icon Chat Icon

i had to be up at 4am Chat Icon for work today (and had to the past 5 mondays) but my normal temping time is 6:30am. todays temp was 97.73 but the adjusted temp via FF's temp corrector is 98.23 which is a huge difference for me. i left the 97.73 and 4am in the chart but i am just curious what everyone else does in this situation.

I didn't even know there was a temp corrector, I usually just go with that temp and make a note of the time difference.

i dont use the notes but i did put in that it was taken at 4am. the temp corrector is on the bottom of the "data" menu on FF. i think its basically .2 degrees for every hour under or over your normal time.

Same. I type in the time I temped, then write in the "notes" section why I had to temp early. I don't trust the temp corrector, but that's just me.
