Annoying
I wish when doctors randomly called, they'd let you know on the message what it's about. I know it's not allowed, but if they offered a waiver or something! My obgyn called me this afternoon but I didn't check my messages until I got home at 6. Now they are closed. I can't imagine what she is calling me about as I was last there May 1. If there was something wrong with my bloodwork, wouldn't I have been called in the last 23 days? I hate waiting now

They actually can leave a more detailed message if you give them permission in writing to do so. The doctors themselves still might not, but at least this way their medical assistants and staff could... Sometimes we don't leave info on messages because it's detailed and can get confusing... ***shrugs*** Good luck!

Yeah, I can understand that. It's just so frustrating to not be able to reach anyone back and have to sit and wait, wondering why they called.
