Started TTC September 2010
Ectopic Pregnancy - 10/27/10
Natural Miscarriage - 4/10/11 ~ D&C for Incomplete Natural M/C - 4/21/11
CP - 8/16/11
Began seeing Dr. Braverman - Immune, Thrombo & Genetic Testing - 9/7/11 - Shaun 9/12/11
Dx: Immune & Clotting Disorders = Low Antithrombin Antigen, Heterozygous C677T, High Protein S Activity, High Protein S Antigen, Positive Anti-TPO Positive ANA-Histone, Low APTT (Lupus Sensitive), Low DRVVT, Low Plasminogen Activity, Low Protein Z Antigen, High TSH, High Factor II Activity, High Factor X Activity, High Total IgG (immunoglobulin panel), High CBC w/Differential (Basophils), High TH1:TH2, High TNF-a:IL-10 (CD3+/CD4), High IFN-a:IL-10 (CD3+/CD4), 7 HLA matches, High NKA, Hashimotos Disease, Hypthyroidism!
October -December 2011 BFNs - Taking 12units of Neupogen & 40mg Lovenox.
CP - 1/18/12
Immune Panel reran all levels normal
February 2012 - IUI BFN
March 2012 - TI with Femara.
CP - 3/12/12
Dr B suggest egg quality issue and wants to move to IVF.
4/10 - BCP until 4/24
4/25 - BCP & 10 units of Lupron until 4/29
4/30 - 5 units of Lupron until 5/3
Next appointment 5/3 - If sono is clear, start Ganirelix 5/4.
5/3 appt update: I told him that I havent bled, he said it was ok as long as the reason for not bleeding was a follie growing... All clear there, and i have a thin lining which he said was very good... and he said, lets start 'makin eggs' lol...
5/4 - 25units of Ganirelix until 5/8. Next appt on 5/8.
5/8 - well i thought id be starting stims tonight or tomorrow... but apparently not. Im still on 25units of Ganirelix and adding 2mg of Estrace every night. Next appt is 5/15.
5/15 - Perfect lining... able to start stims tonight. He didnt mention having a problem seeing my left ovary... hopefully thats a good sign.
AM meds
25units Ganirelix
40mg Lovenox
Baby Asprin
PM meds
750iu Follistim
34units Neupogen
10mg Prednisone
2mg Estrace
Monitoring on 5/18 - if its ok i will start Menopur on 5/18 @3pm...
