Anatomy Scan Today!
Hi ladies! After the longest five month wait ever we get to find out what we're having today. I can't sit still at my desk right now. Was just wondering if there is anything I can eat/drink/do to get the baby moving and hopefully give the doctor a good view. Any ideas?

For both of my pregnancies, I was told to have a full bladder for my anatomy scans and they've never had issues getting good images so maybe they're onto something  . The tech will let me relieve myself after she gets some of the important measurements in the first few minutes.

So crazy how every place is so different! When I went they made it a point for me to make sure I had an empty bladder!
I would say go with a moderatly full one and if anything, you can empty it.
As far as eating/doing things to get the baby to move - it's really just a crap shoot. I would say to drink a glass of OJ to get the baby moving - but when the baby moves too much, sometimes it's hard for them to get good pics. Maybe a few lollipops before would be enough to get him/her moving a little but not crazy

My anatomy scan is scheduled for 1/3 and I was told to come with a full bladder. How exciting!! Good luck!
