Great anatomy scan today, but, I'm huge!!!!!
I had my anatomy scan today, and thank G-d everything looked good.
Then I had a regular doctor's appt, and that went well, but I am HUGE! I knew I gained weight, but I was shocked - at my last visit 3 1/2 weeks ago, I was up 16 lbs, now I'm up 22! I can't believe it - I'm only 20 weeks.
I know that I should just be happy that the baby is OK, and I am - I'm beyond happy - but I just can't believe how much weight I gained. And, I know its all my fault - I have been eating a lot of crap. I need to get control of this.
Anyone else gain this much weight?

I gained 50 lbs with my dd...don't worry, try to eat healthier and enjoy your pregnancy
you can worry about losing the weight after

Thank you! I feel better after a good night's sleep,and I am definitely going to eat healthier (no more french fries) and am going back to the gym.

I gained 60 lbs with my son and Im heading to gaining the same with this pregnancy. my son was big, 9 lbs 10 oz butI had a very easy birth and lost all the weight within 3 months pos partum. So dont worry too much about it....

this is what i was saying! haha
i keep gaining and gaining... but i know it's for a very good reason and i'll worry about losing it later! i'm trying to eat nutritiously - but i also can't help but to indulge when the urge hits me!
i go more by my own weight because i weight myself at the same time each week, first thing in the morning without any clothes. when i get weighed at the doctor, i'm usually a good 3 lbs heavier than at home... even if it's the same day!
