I was thinking today how amazing it is that she's still in the competition -she's almost always in the bottom. This year is the most baffling in terms of results week after week!

I would be DAMN impressed if David Cook sang "Kol Nidre" from the Jazz Singer soundtrack. I know Neil didn't write it, but her performed itf or YEARS in shul.
(For those who don't know what Kol Nidre is, it is the Hebrew prayer sung in Temple by a cantor the night before Yom Kippur.)

I remember that scene in the movie!!!
I have such a vague memory if I saw it in the theater or saw it on TV...I want to say theater but....wasn't it rated R or something?
I remember the scene on the beach with "Love on the Rocks". I blushed.
