Am I the only one on here...
Am I the only one on here who has a DH who cooks and cleans and generally takes care of himself without constant nagging? I feel like I'm in the minority.

No, you're not the only one! DH likes to cook (when he has time) and doesn't mind cleaning. He's usually the one to nag me to clean.

Eh, Kenny doesn't mind cooking, just not all the time and he's totally capable of providing us with a complete meal and I don't mean P, B & J.
As for the cleaning... That's his weakness. He's not a cleaner.

Nope, mine will more likely nag me to clean also. He does his own laundry and makes his own meals w/ the exception of dinner and does food shopping. Of course, I am not dumb and I knew that I could never be the wife who cleans and cooks all the time so I never pretended to. He never once expected me to do his laundry because I never once offered to do it.
We have a true partnership and both work hard.

Mine doesn't really cook or clean, but he rubs me to sleep every night without me even asking and that scores bonus points in my book!!

Nope, my DH is the clean freak, he does the big stuff like vacuuming, mowing the lawn, and most importantly bathrooms. I am more of a straightener upper . I do all of the cooking and he cleans up/does dishes after. I'll do them sometimes too. We kind of share that one. He also does all of his own laundry. Not a bad deal!

No, you are definitely not the only one. My husband can't cook to save his life, but he does everything else, including taking care of our daughter all day while I go to work, cleaning, making the bed, doing the laundry, taking the garbage out, etc. Then he leaves for work. I think I hit the husband jackpot to be quite honest

yeah i think you are.....haha....but DH does a very good job of dressing himself etc, he just doesnt cook or clean, however he doesnt rely on me for food

No!! Mine is good about helping around the house. He gets home from work before me, so he usually starts dinner for me and then I finish it up. And, he is really anal about keeping the house clean, so we usually have a nice and clean house too!

My husband likes to cook, and makes me breakfast when I get home from work. He is also very clean and organized. Plus, he takes good care of himself (Health wise). I am actually the one he has to nag. My DH is truly wonderful!!

I for one cook and clean all the time. DW loves it, we have a great system and it works....
If the majority complain, why not do something about it?
