Our dr recommended pear juice. A little bit in the bottle.
If that doesn't work, and its been like 3 days, try half of a child size suppository.

My ped wouldn't let me that young. 2-3 oz of water should help.

I used prune juice, just an ounce or so, mixed with water. If that doesn't do the trick, my ped always let me use the suppository, if they went 36 hours or so without a bm.

Thanks - right after I posted this she pooped. And then pooped again mid diaper change! Gotta love when that happens!

 always better than having to help it come out.. ill take it coming out while changing anyday.

My Dr said LOTS of water or if that failed prune juice-which absolutely did the trick for us!
