Allergy hell? Anyone?
OMG is anyone else suffering like me?
It's to the point where the Zyrtec is just taking the edge off and not fully helping like it usually does.
I always have fall allergies, but this year is just the WORST!
I am not sure if it's because we are having a warm fall or what, but holy hell this is the worst I've had it.

UM YEAHHHHH! I never really had allergies but it's bad right now! I'm BFing and not even sure what I can take!

Allergy hell? Anyone?
Every time a warm day comes around I get slammed with itchy eyes, congestion and cant stop sneezing! I think the warm weather is def. a reason its so bad... at least for me!

yep, I get them in the Fall so bad. I have been living on Claritin and Sudafed. I go bonkers with them, since I was little I knew exactly when they were coming, the back top of my mouth would get so itchy, sore throat and watery eyes, ugh

Thank God I was at a light because I would have had to pull over as well.

Oh yes. This is the first year I'm really admitting that I now have allergies. I'm also breastfeeding so I doubt there is much I can take. I'm just trying to deal with it. My eyes are so blood-shot it's embarrassing though!

i think i am! i just started to get over a cold, i know it was a cold because of the color of what was coming out of my nose.. sorry for the tmi... but right when i started getting over that now i have sneezing, itchy nose and throat.. watery eyes.. how do you know when it's allergies as opposed to a cold?

For me, allegies come on suddenly. One minute I feel fine, the next minute I am sneezing, my nose and eyes are itching, eyes watering, throat and roof of my mouth just ITCH.
When I have a cold, it starts with a horrible sore throat, and then I feel like general crap- body aches, lethargic, low grade fever.
Usually if I take an allergy pill my allergy symptoms go away- not so with a cold.

hell! Taking Zyrtec with mucinex D every night. I have an awful cough that can only be stopped w an inhaler. I'm miserable.

I don't get all that itchy, sneezy bs... Instead, I wake up with a migraine almost every single day  always with the change of the seasons. Sucks!

I prefer Zrytec over Claritin. They are both non drowsy.
I hear Allegra is great too- but i haven't tried it yet.

Awww you guys. I know the pain in the spring. Beside medicine, have you tried the neti pot? It helps alleviate the symptoms somewhat.

OMG...This is the worst year ever. Every single day for 5 weeks now. Nothing is working for me...going to try Zyrtec though, haven't tried it before. The neti pot actually BURNS my sinuses , the pharmacist said to stop it, means sinuses are too inflamed ( and this was with just plain water).
I use local honey. Nothing. Although I do believe it is worth a try, I read studies proving it worked as well as rx's!

YES!!!! DS has been suffering since last Tuesday.. Sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes and nose. He was miserable. I had to add 2 doses of Benadryl to his daily allergy meds.. Then I started with it and it went into my sinuses.. My husband started on Monday and I had to force the allergy meds into him. He said he had a cold.. After 2 days on Zyrtec he felt better...
I can't figure out what triggered all of it...
