Obviously it can't cure a cold. It's vitamins. Taken 4 times a day. Obviously that's going to benefit you.
Airborne totally works. Tired of the general public trying to bring down everyone around them with law suits.

me too!! i'm a speech therapist in an elementary school... my hands are constantly near kids mouths helping to show them how to make speech sounds the right way.
i take airborne every morning, whether i'm sick or not. the passed 2 winters i got nothing more than minor stuffiness, when all the kids around me were sick. it totally works!!!

ITA. It is such a load. One of the "Statements" that was in question was a quoted testimonial from a client/user. WTH are they supposed to do, alter a quote?

If I feel a cold coming on, I don't take anything, and it's gone in 2-3 days, often less.
I agree that the lawsuit doesn't have much merit, especially since they changed their advertising to not claim it cures colds anymore.

Sorry for responding so late - I was actually working. Go figure?! 
Anyway, I agree, both parties are foolish. But the class-action suit is legit and thankfully so. There are countries in this world that wouldn't allow such things to happen. Unfortunately, with the ability to raise a lawsuit comes the opportunity for foolish folk to take advantage of the system.
That's all I'm trying to say.
But I agree... WTH sues for $7 b/c their cold wasn't cured. Again, it's frivolous by far.

I never used it, so I can't comment on it's effectiveness.
However, there is no cure for a cold. And you can't really prevent a cold from coming on.
I think the lawsuit is ridiculous.

While I think it's wasteful for the suit to get as far as it did, I am SICK of bullsh*t advertising tactics and I'm glad they were forced to change it.
There are so many lies that are told to get you to buy stuff that you probably don't need in the first place. Nothing cures the common cold. The best thing you can do is make yourself comfortable while you're suffering - that's it. No ifs, ands or butts. Yes, I said butts.
While I don't necessarily believe that Airborne is a miracle cure, I do believe in the power of positive thinking. And if you believe that Airborne is going to keep you well, and you are happier and less stressed because of it, you have a better chance of not getting sick in the first place. Along with any vitamins that are in these things - but you could just as easily take a daily multivitamin and have the same results, no?

Everybody bodies respond differently to different treatments, viatems, etc..
no 2 bodies are alike as you could get different strains to colds...different degrees of various elements..
this lawsuit may prehaps be about the principal of it but whatever..
this country is sad being that one can do anything they want when your not happy. The person that filed i'm sure will get some more of a kickback as the lawyers and all that stuff cost money and typically will get a higher percentage to just jump on board.
