I'd like to nominate my mom... seen here in this "selfie" 
She is not famous to most people but she's a celebrity to me 
She is 63 years young, a size four her entire life AND after three kids. Plus, her stomach is FLAT as a board. MY IDOL.  ...and not a single ounce of cosmetic surgery :)
ETA -- honorable mentioning goes to my sister (seen on the right) for being 40 years old and looking pretty darn good for it!

There is NO WAY earth that she hasn't had something done. I can almost guarantee she at least had botox, a nose job & a tummy tuck.
yes she has had a lot done but damn she looks good
I think in Hollywood its more good more vs bad work, almost all of them have things done some just go too far or it doesnt look good
